Hack your Stress: A Breakfast Discussion

  • General Assembly 225 Bush Street, 5th Floor (East Entrance) San Francisco, CA, 94104 United States (map)

Stress is something we often try to reduce, avoid or simply cope with, but what if we could use it to our advantage? Join us on Friday, August 3rd as we gather the ShalonBumble and General Assembly communities to dive deep into how we can redistribute stress to help us focus and thrive personally and professionally.

As we share a delicious breakfast, we’ll tackle how we harness the energy produced by stress and reallocate it towards productivity, creativity and accomplishment. As you get to know the people around your table, moderators will facilitate conversation around how we can use various techniques including mindfulness to manage work, relationships, finances and all of the other unpredictable situations we face in life.

Seats are limited, register today! Show your Bumble profile for a free swag item.

By registering for this event, you consent to receive news and emails from Shalon, General Assembly and Bumble
