Conversation

Stress is something we often try to reduce, avoid or simply cope with, but what if we could use it to our advantage? Join us on Friday, August 3rd as we gather the ShalonBumble and General Assembly communities to dive deep into how we can redistribute stress to help us focus and thrive personally and professionally.

As we share a delicious breakfast, we’ll tackle how we harness the energy produced by stress and reallocate it towards productivity, creativity and accomplishment. As you get to know the people around your table, moderators will facilitate conversation around how we can use various techniques including mindfulness to manage work, relationships, finances and all of the other unpredictable situations we face in life.

Seats are limited, register today! Show your Bumble profile for a free swag item.

You can find Bumble in the Android or Apple Store, but we're so much more than an app. Bumble believes relationships make us human. We are the destination where you meet your next significant other, best friend, and most valuable business connection. Bumble is there for women in every phase of their lives. We're creating an empowering, safe place for members of modern society to meet the important people in their lives. We're making digital relationships personal again. We see Bumble as a movement, bringing kindness and respect back into introductions and promoting equality in traditionally male-dominated relationships.
